After a busy day exploring Orlando, return to your private vacation home and enjoy a relaxing evening by the pool. 📺 ENTERTAINMENT TVs are available in every bedroom and the living room, giving everyone a comfortable place to relax and unwind after a day of adventure. ⚠️ IMPORTANT – BEDROOM DECORATION UPDATE Two bedrooms in the home are currently undergoing a decorative renovation: The first-floor bedroom with the two Twin beds and trundle bed The second-floor bedroom with the Full-over-Full bunk bed The current photos of these bedrooms may not fully reflect the decoration and appearance you will find at the time of your check-in. The renovation is decorative only. The existing bed layouts will remain the same, and there will be no change to the number of sleeping spaces or the home's occupancy capacity. We are refreshing the décor of these rooms while maintaining the same comfortable sleeping arrangements for your group. 📋 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & HOUSE RULES 🚗 Parking Parking spaces are available throughout the community, including spaces near the townhome. Parking is first come, first served and spaces are not reserved. Parking spaces are scattered throughout the community, and availability is not guaranteed directly in front of the property. 🔥 Barbecue / Grill A barbecue grill is available for an additional $70 + taxes per stay. If you would like to use the grill, please request it at least 3 days before your check-in date. 🗑️ Trash Please place all waste inside trash bags (13 gallons or larger) before disposing of it in the trash drop door at the end of the hallway. No loose trash is permitted. 📦 Package Deliveries If you plan to have packages delivered during your stay, please contact our office in advance for package delivery information and instructions. 🚫 No Parties Parties and events are not permitted at this property.
